SMS

An SMS message is sent if there is no response from the email. 

Hi Michael, I hope you are well. I’m Gabrielle, contacting you on behalf of [Client_Name] about your Exit Interview following your resignation. We’re looking forward to speaking with you and hearing about your experience. Confirmation Email

Once the interview is scheduled, we send a confirmation and calendar invite

Hi Michael, Thank you for scheduling a time for your exit interview. Louisa Carboni will be the Consultant conducting the interview on Friday 30th June 2023 at 2PM SYD/MEL time. First Email

Hi Michael, My name is Gabrielle. Our company, Workforce Retention has been appointed by [Client_Name] to conduct an exit interview with you, following your resignation. We have expertise in conducting exit interviews and hope to facilitate a conversation that is meaningful to you, about your experience. The exit interview discussion will take approximately 30-45 minutes to complete, depending on how much feedback you would like to contribute. ACTION FOR YOU: To make it easy to schedule a convenient time, the link below allows you to select a time for the interview discussion. Call

A Call is made if there is no response from email or SMS. We often follow up with a second call.

Hi Michael, this is Gabrielle ringing on behalf of [Client_Name]. I’m ringing to book you for your exit interview. Here are some times that might suit you; let me know what you think.

SMS Reminder

On the day of the scheduled interview, an SMS reminder is sent in the morning.

Dear Michael, This is a friendly reminder that your Exit Interview for [Client_Name] is scheduled today at 1pm (NSW/VIC Time). Louisa will call you at that time. Enjoy your day and we look forward to speaking with you soon.
