Psychological safety is the focus throughout each interview, where we use cues to help the employee feel comfortable and at ease.

We use reflective questioning to support the employee out of judgmental narratives and ask them what it would have looked like if it had gone well.

We avoid recording subjective information. Where possible, we summarise the conversation, providing a helpful narrative of the issues and opportunities.
